📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the rental location and during their trips.
• Drive and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good condition.
• Provide information about Bali's attractions, local customs, and driving regulations to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, fueling, and other maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient rental processes.
• Promote our services and special offers to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
