As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding, using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
