📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and seasonal drinks.
• Ensure the coffee shop is clean and well-stocked, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and apply them to our menu.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer demands.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
