📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical advice to farmers on crop management, soil health, and sustainable practices.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate farmers on modern agricultural techniques and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural projects, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement innovative solutions to agricultural challenges.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of agricultural databases and records.
• Participate in field visits and surveys to gather data and provide technical support.
• Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies and trends, and share this knowledge with the team and farmers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural technical support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and soil health.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools, such as GIS, farm management software, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural practices and regulations.
