🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in multi-restaurant operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing multiple restaurants.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of POS systems, such as Micros or similar, is a plus.
• Understanding of food safety and health regulations, with a clean safety record.
