📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
• Create multimedia training materials, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with the HR team to integrate training solutions into the overall employee development strategy.
• Ensure all training materials comply with accessibility standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
