In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that each villa is spotless and comfortable for our discerning guests. Your daily tasks will include cleaning, laundry, and maintaining the villas' amenities, all while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of premium villas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Manage and organize laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Maintain and restock villa amenities such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other essential items.
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries, providing a seamless and exceptional experience.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to the required standards.
• Work collaboratively with the villa management team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks, and guest feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury or premium hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and laundry machines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid certification in hospitality or housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards.
