📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of hospital facilities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local and national construction regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to protect workers and the public.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of the hospital construction project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital construction site management.
• Certification in construction management or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
