SingHealth Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Wellbeing Coordinator or Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator Lead to join our team in Bali. This is a contract position offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing wellbeing initiatives and supporting the wellbeing coordinator in creating a positive and healthy work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives.,Support the wellbeing coordinator in developing and maintaining a positive work environment.,Organize and facilitate wellbeing activities and events.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.,Collaborate with department heads and employees to address wellbeing concerns.,Maintain accurate records of wellbeing activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest wellbeing trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of wellbeing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellbeing coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of wellbeing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and workplace environment is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
