📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client interactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Provide expert consulting services to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Train and mentor junior sales consultants.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a related role.

Proven track record of sales growth and client satisfaction.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Ability to travel for business purposes.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
