Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position based in Denpasar, Bali. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including booking, documentation, and tracking of shipments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective freight solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearances.
  • Coordinate with local and international partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and logistics, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
