📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
