📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and procurement.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial software.
