As an Order Picker, your daily tasks will involve picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) and our state-of-the-art inventory tracking tools. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key, ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Pick and pack orders accurately using our WMS and inventory tracking tools
- Scan and verify orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly order fulfillment targets
- Report any issues or discrepancies in the order processing system promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to logistics and fulfillment
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order picking or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with WMS and inventory tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
