📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire collection process, from initial contact to final recovery.,Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.,Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve collection issues and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collection management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in collection operations, preferably in the fintech industry.,Strong understanding of financial operations and debt recovery processes.,Proven track record of successful collection management and debt recovery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using collection management software and tools.
