Hotel Rama Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our field sales team, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the field sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Gunung Kidul and surrounding areas.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and develop the field sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
