📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and guest satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of department heads to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the property.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of department heads.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales and marketing.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
