📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Train and develop junior staff to improve overall production performance.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
