📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Identify and address operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Participate in hybrid meetings and ensure effective communication between remote and on-site teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.,Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site responsibilities.
