Puskesmas Eko Tea is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies to support the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
