📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with local and national healthcare regulations, ensuring our hospital maintains its accreditation and licenses.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the hospital meets regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and education to staff on compliance issues, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, providing regular updates to management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and industry best practices, ensuring our hospital remains compliant.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure our hospital meets all required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and national healthcare regulations, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the Joint Commission International (JCI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
• Proficient in using compliance management software, such as ComplianceQuest or Epic Systems.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support compliance efforts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement corrective action plans.
