📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote sustainable development in Southeast Asia and beyond.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to design and execute innovative programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of projects using key performance indicators and data analytics tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of our initiatives.
• Represent Sustainable Horizons Foundation at national and international conferences and events.
• Mentor and coach a team of project managers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in sustainable development to inform our strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of our work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, international development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainable development, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-impact initiatives in the sustainable development sector.
• Strong understanding of international development frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and proficiency in local languages such as Indonesian or Malay is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to travel internationally and work in diverse and challenging environments.
