📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Manage and develop a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.,Promote the clinic's brand and reputation in the community.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement in clinic services and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare operations and teams.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience with financial management and reporting in a healthcare setting.
