📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
