📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and customers,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor network performance and resolve issues,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters,Maintain and update IT documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certifications in IT support or networking are a plus
