📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assisting doctors and nurses with patient care and medical procedures
- Taking vital signs and monitoring patients' health status
- Preparing and administering medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Assisting with medical tests and procedures, such as EKGs and blood draws
- Updating patient records and maintaining medical documentation
- Providing patient education and support to ensure they understand their treatment plans
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Certification as a Medical Assistant, Clinic Assistant, or Nurse is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (EMR)
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
