• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth flow of frozen products.
• Manage a team of 20+ staff, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems using SAP and RFID technology.
• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Represent Samsung SDS at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWM) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing cold storage facilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and RFID systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
