📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience,Ensure all transactions are recorded and reported correctly,Handle cash and card payments securely and efficiently,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Assist in inventory management and restocking of cash register supplies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
