📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial controls and administrative procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide support to the marketing team in achieving their objectives by analyzing marketing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and administrative issues.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for marketing activities.
• Maintain and update financial records and documents using SAP and other relevant software.
• Provide training and guidance to marketing team members on financial matters and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration and financial control, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other financial software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
