📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
