In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests and vendors.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized event space.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and facilities.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
