JUNCTION Nusantara is looking for a talented and passionate Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing updates to candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards to attract qualified candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies to source passive candidates.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding employees.
