This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including regular inspections, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and expenses, and work to reduce costs where possible.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
