📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of team activities to ensure smooth operations.,Support the Team Leader in setting and achieving team goals.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
